Sub-contractor's single form for sending documents



As a reminder, your "principal" must receive the following documents from its subcontractor :

- Acknowledgement of receipt of the SIPSI prior posting declaration,
- SIPSI prior posting declaration (allowing us to verify the hourly rate applicable to the employee),
- The representation mandate signed with a representative in France,
- The valid A1 form
- A certificate on honour signed by the legal representative of the foreign company certifying that it is up-to-date with the payment of any administrative fines applied by the French administration, dated less than two months ago (free model).

Also called "Certificate of Coverage", the A1 attestation is a portable European document which certifies the social security legislation applicable to you when you carry out activities in several Member States of the European Union.

(optional) as above for a possible sixth posted employee 
Certificate on honour signed by the legal representative of the foreign company certifying that it respects the minimum French remuneration during this mission for the payment of the salary (as of 1st Nov. 2024, 11.88€ gross/hour).
Certificate on honour signed by the legal representative of the foreign company certifying that it is up to date in the payment of any administrative fines applied by the French administration (free model).
